Our hiring process involves the following steps to ensure that we employ only the best-of-the-cadre.
Pre-Resume Screening
Available jobs at AmerIndia are usually posted on our external and internal job boards simultaneously.
Jobs remain posted on the job boards until they are filled. Candidates can apply for posted jobs
in following ways

Resume Screening
Those candidates who have the experience level and skills that most closely match the requirements
for a job will be contacted by a AmerIndia Recruiting Consultant to further discuss their qualifications.
Telephonic Interview
Once the candidate matches the requirements, we will schedule a telephonic interview with the candidates.
Telephonic interview will be conducted by our experienced IT professional to guage the skill sets of
the candidate.
Group Interview
After the successful telephonic interview, Candidate will be invited to visit AmerIndia complex for an in-person
interview with the manager and the team. During this interview, Candidate will be screened on various skills required
on project and his/her problem solving approaches.
HR Interview
AmerIndia's Recruiting Consultants conduct a post group interview meeting with the hiring manager and
appropriate interviewers at the business to discuss the candidate evaluations. If appropriate, the last HR interview
will conducted to evaluate the alignment of Candidate's career goal with Company's goal.
Employment offer
Once a candidate has been selected for a position by the business, and the offer letter has been prepared
and approved, the hiring manager at the business will call the candidate and present the offer letter details
verbally. Once this conversation has taken place, the AmerIndia Recruiting Consultant will email the
candidate the formal offer letter and any associated attachments (summaries, release forms, etc.).
Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
All hiring decisions are ultimately made by the AmerIndia business responsible for the day-to-day management
of the employee.
Finally, AmerIndia Recruiting Consultant determine a mutually acceptable start date and arrange the
orientation sessions to welcome the selected candidate abroad with AmerIndia.
