Business Analyst Training

This course provides an overview of the business analysis function within software or process-improvement projects. Participants will learn what business analysis is and why it is important. They will learn the basic steps involved in performing business analysis on any project, and they will be shown some best-practice guidelines for effective analysis. Participants will also be introduced to the main specialized knowledge areas of business analysis including role of a BA in system and user acceptance testing, and they will be able to see how these specialized areas support the main steps of business analysis.
